Anabela Ascar es Locutora Nacional y Periodista, recibida en el ISER en el año 1988. Asimismo obtuvo su título de Técnica en Turismo en la Universidad de Belgrano en el año 2007 y de Traductora Literaria de Inglés en la Universidad del Museo Social Argentino en el año 2008. Fue profesora de Radio y Televisión en el ISER durante el año 1993.
